What are AI story minutes?
These are minutes of audio processed into text and a bilingual story. Recording and saving your voice are separate from AI processing. Allowances are shared by the family. Paid allowances reset each calendar month (UTC). Free story minutes are a one-time trial.
Which languages can my family use?
Speak in English or your chosen second language: Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Polish, or Turkish. AI prepares your story in both languages, helping relatives share memories across generations and backgrounds. Your original recording stays saved. Please review names, dates, and translations; accuracy varies with accents and recording quality.
What does document processing do?
AI looks at your document to suggest its title, author, date, and language, making older files easier to find. You can review and correct these details. Your monthly allowance covers AI processing, not the number of files you can store.
What counts toward storage?
Your original documents, photos, recordings, covers, and generated story PDFs use space. The storage meter shows saved files. Settings separately shows space reserved for pending uploads, covers and PDFs.
Will I be charged if I reach a limit?
There are no automatic overage charges. New uploads or processing pause when an allowance is reached. Your existing memories remain available to read and download.
Can I download my memories?
Yes. You can download original files and available story PDFs. Your files remain private and downloads require your login.
